I recently purchased dignuke’s digRoate for DotNetNuke to be used on my main web site to rotate the display of my ads. First, this digRoate module is actually three modules in one.
1. It is a DHTML Rotator that will rotate multiple Text/HTML contents and even rotate different modules that are setup on your DotNetNuke portal. The rotator also has many different transition effects to transition from one content to the next content.
2. digRotate is a Tabs module. Tabs will have all the same features and functionally of the rotator, but displays your content in tabs.
3. digRotate has a Flash Rotator that allows you to rotate images with captions using the Adobe Flash player.
The installation of digRotate was easy and flawless. I next installed the digRotate on my home page of my Jansen’s Software website. Next I setup the settings for the module and then added the content. It was very easy to setup the settings and to add the content using the Text/HTML editor. It was a short time and I had the module installed, added to my home page, and setup half a dozen ad content to rotate.
This is actually the second module that I purchased from dignuke, the other being digScatter – Flash Image Scatter, and I have been very pleased with both purchases.
