Everyone wants to deal with a recognized expert or specialist in whatever discipline he/she is engaged in – from very small things to highly complicated work requiring special skills, -the range covers from selling cars to plumbing to electronics to law or finance – almost anything. Again gaining recognition as an expert, is the universal dream of every professional,as he/she individually wants to figure in the top ten list in their respective specialist areas.
In this see-saw battle, even real performers (who are experts) sometimes have to hone their working skills to get identified/recognized as special, and that too in a highly competitive environment, by those who want such services.
